Dermatophagoides farinae allergen extract and Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus allergen extract are combined in this medicine.
This medicine is used to treat allergies (sneezing, runny or itchy nose, stuffy or congested nose, or itchy and watery eyes) caused by house dust mite.
Take Dermatophagoides farinae allergen extract + Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus allergen extract exactly as directed by your doctor or according to the instructions on the label. Do not take more or less than instructed by your doctor.
Take the first tablet of this medicine in your doctor's clinic. Your doctor will monitor you for at least 30 minutes after taking this medicine. If you tolerate the first dose, your doctor may advise you to continue the treatment at home.
This medicine must be placed under your tongue to be effective. It is absorbed into your body through the lining of your mouth. Do not swallow, chew, or crush the tablet. Avoid swallowing for approximately 1 minute.
Do not consume any food and beverage for 5 minutes after taking this medicine.
Try to take it at the same time each day.
Dermatophagoides farinae allergen extract + Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus allergen extract must be taken regularly for it to be effective. Continue taking this medicine even when you feel better. Do not stop taking it unless instructed by the doctor.
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and return to your normal dosing schedule.
DO NOT double a dose under any circumstances.
If you often forget to take your medicine, let your doctor and pharmacist know.

Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus allergen extract if you ever had an allergic reaction (e.g. rashes, breathlessness, swollen eyes) to this medicine or any of its ingredients.
Alert your doctor if you have the following conditions:
- mouth infections, mouth ulcers, or recent oral surgery or dental procedure
- severe, uncontrolled, unstable, or worsening asthma
- airway infection e.g . cold, sore throat, pneumonia
- active or untreated conditions of the immune system e.g. autoimmune disease, immunodeficiency

Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant.
Inform your doctor if you have the following conditions:
- heart disease e.g. chest pain, irregular heartbeat, uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent heart attack
- lung disease
Let your doctor know if you are breastfeeding or become pregnant during therapy.
This medicine is not intended for immediate relief of allergic symptoms or acute asthma attack.
Your doctor will prescribe you an emergency drug that you can use in case of allergic reactions. Your doctor will advise you on how to use the emergency drug.
Keep your appointments with your doctor. Your doctor needs to monitor your condition and check your response to the medication regularly.
Dermatophagoides farinae allergen extract +
Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus allergen extract may cause any of the following side effects: nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach pain, indigestion, swelling or itching of the mouth, tongue, lip; mouth sore, mouth pain or discomfort; taste alteration, and itching of the skin.
Some side effects may need immediate medical help. Alert your doctor quickly if you experience any of the following:
- rashes, breathlessness, swelling of the face, eyes or mouth
- chest pain
Inform your doctor if any of these side effects do not go away or are severe, or if you experience other side effects.
Always notify your doctor and pharmacist if you are taking any other medicines, including herbal tonics such as traditional Chinese medicines, supplements, and medicines that you buy without a prescription.
Avoid alcohol.
Store in a cool, dry place away from the reach of children.
Protect from moisture.
Medicines must not be used past the expiry date.
